The sun is out in Wiltshire today and we are running our skid training for a team of ambulance drivers of the East Coast Ambulance Service.   Our instructors Dave Barraclough and Geoff Shortman, who are both retired police officers, are teaching the team all about skid control on our skid pan.  Extra water is required today to keep the surface slippery.

Hopefully the course will teach them the benefits of a skid control as they will be driving at speed in the line of duty.    They will also cover ABS and cadence braking techniques in our vehicles.
