EXCLUSIVE 4X4 OFF-ROADING

After a safety briefing our BORDA trained instructors will take up to three drivers in each of our Land Rover Discovery’s.  Rated as one of the best and fullest introductions to Offroading in the country by Total Off Road Magazine they will take you round our purpose built course which consists of an enourmous array of obstacles and driving situations which when combined with our instructors expert tuition provides a thrilling and exciting 3 hour session!   Certificates will be awarded to every driver on completion of the course.

This course can cater for up to 9 drivers.

 EXCLUSIVE SKID CONTROL COURSE

Whether it’s for a fun day out or making you a more confident driver this course covers it all.  Experience first hand what it’s like to skid on ice, snow and slippery roads and most importantly learn how to stay in control!  At Drive-Tech we do not use Skid Frames or any vehicle modifications, we just use standard road tyres, this allows you to experience real skids and learn the correct techniques and skills.

After a safety briefing from our expert instructors you are let loose on the Skid Pan!  Using Rover’s and BMW’s (front and rear wheel drive vehicles) you feel what it’s like to skid and lose control of a vehicle on our specially treated skid pan.  In a class room session our instructors will then teach you what causes skids and how you should react to control a vehicle. You then go back out onto the Skid Pan to put that theory into practice. The course ends with a fun time-trial against the clock and there is a prize for the best driver as well as certificates for all.

This course is for up to 12 drivers and lasts 3 hours.

 EXCLUSIVE KARTING

You can choose between our Grand Prix – to find an individual winner or an Endurance Race – to find a winning team.

Outdoor Karting is as real as racing gets and is one of the most exciting ways to entertain clients and incentivise your employees. Our 350 metre purpose built kart track coupled with our 200cc karts makes for fast and slick racing.  Roof top viewing provides the ideal location to watch the competition from the lights to the chequered flag!

Trophies are provided for the top drivers/teams.  We can accommodate up to 48 drivers for a Grand Prix and up to 64 drivers for an Endurance Race.

COMBINE ALL 3 ACTIVITIES

If you like the sound of all of the above, why not try them all!? Combining all 3 events gives everyone a taste of the activities.

We would start by splitting the group into smaller teams and rotating around the activities.

Team A –  Skid Pan

Team B –  4x4 Course

Team C –  Karting

After approx 45 minutes the groups will swap over. Once all drivers have experienced all the activities,  We will select the fastest 6 Karters of the day for a Grand Final. There will be a presentation at the end of the event for the top 3 drivers together with a prize for the best driver on the Skid Pan. 

We can accommodate most group sizes with this option.
