We offer Kids Karting in Wiltshire for anyone aged 10-15 years old (min 4'8" in height). Here young drivers can learn top-class racing skills, under the professional supervision of our marshals and experienced instructors. You can do the sessions as a 'one off' or you can go on to race in our championship it's completely up to you.

Kids Karting - First step – Novice

 The first time you come to us you are classed as a 'Novice', this session begins with a safety briefing. The drivers go out in small groups with one of our experienced marshals and are taught all about the karts and safety equipment before stepping into the Karts for some driving and braking exercises. We will then teach you all about the different flags used on the track.

After the safety briefing you will then get to drive full laps of our 350 meter outdoor track.. At the end of the day all drivers are issued with a licence so that if you want to progress with us and become a 'racer' we are able to keep track of how well you are getting on.

 Kids Karting ‘Novice’ sessions run on the 1^st and 3^rd Sunday mornings of the month and last for 3 hours.

Kids Karting - Second step – Expert  

 The second time you come to us you will be classed as an 'expert'. The day kicks off with track walk. We now start teaching you the racing lines, how to build up your speed and general awareness. These sessions are in preparation for our afternoon races and we usually recommend at least 4-5 morning sessions before you are ready to race in our afternoon championships but this is down to the Race Director

 Kids Karting ‘Expert’ sessions also run on the 1^st and 3^rd Sunday mornings of the month and last for 3 hours.

Kids Karting - Third and final step – Racer

You are now ready to race in our championship – Well done! These consist of a Spring and Autumn championship - Each championship runs over 10-11 rounds (only the drivers top 5 scores count so you don't need to do them all). Each round consists of practice laps, 4 heats and a Grand Final for the top drivers, there are trophies awarded to the top 3 drivers at every meeting, a driver of the day award and a personal print-out of lap times for everyone

 Kids Karting ‘Racer’ sessions run on the 1^st and 3^rd Sunday afternoons of the month and also last for 3 hours.
