Karting is a fun and affordable option for 10 to 15 year olds. Here young drivers can learn top-class racing skills, under the professional supervision of our marshals and experienced instructors. We provide our drivers with all the equipment they need , so the only expense is the entrance fee.

Kick off with the basics

Junior karting takes place on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month. Mornings are put aside for new drivers to learn about safety, kart control and general rules. Complete beginners will probably need four or five sessions to reach race standard. Once up to speed they are able to join our exciting afternoon Championship races, where they can get the thrill of competitive racing. All young racers automatically become members of the Junior Racing Club.

Step up the pace

Most of today's F1 stars started out in karting, so follow in their tyre tracks and compete for the all important title of 'Champion' in our Young Stars Championship. There are fantastic prizes on offer for the top six drivers and a special award for the best placed novice.

Junior karting is ideal for birthday parties and school groups. It is also extremely popular, so pre booking is essential. If you would like more details, contact us for an information pack.

We normally advise that it takes a minimum of 4 morning sessions before you can go onto race in our afternoon championship, but you only progress once you have been signed off by our instructors.
