Our skid pan, is a 'wet pan' and is specially prepared with water and a non-toxic agent to simulate wet and icy road conditions. Experience what a skid feels like and learn how to stay in complete control
Learn handling and advanced driving skills on our skid pan which simulates loss of traction, aquaplaning and driving on icy and slippery road conditions in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The course starts with a safety briefing in our Octagon briefing room which has excellent viewing area for spectators. Master expert driving techniques in our manual Rover and BMW cars - and feel confident driving, even in treacherous weather conditions. The hands on course will teach you to control skids in both front and rear wheel drive cars. Experience braking excercises that teach both cadence and ABS braking techniques. To complete the day a fun time trial against the clock is a great way to put your new skills into practise.
